I am a phone and in-person EFT practitioner. I have completed all of Gary Craig´s levels through EFT Masters Carol Look, Ann Ross and the EFT Masters Director, Ann Adams.

EFT is great for self-help, but it´s difficult to be client and therapist at the same time. I suggest you try working with a therapist now and then - even if you chose someone other than I.
